Shipping Policy
Where can we ship wine?
Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. Unfortunately, that means we cannot ship to everyone that would like to purchase wine on our site. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area. If we are unable to arrange shipment to you, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. We ship to the entire United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska
We can no longer ship liquor anywhere, it is available for in-store pickup only.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase, though it may take as many as 3 business days in some circumstances, depending on the time the order is placed and carrier schedule. Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday during normal business hours will generally ship within one day. If you order is placed before 11 a.m. Mon – Thur, it will normally be shipped out that day. Orders placed on the weekend may take longer to ship due to shipping constraints.
If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the comments field on the order confirmation page, or call us. All orders are confirmed by e-mail after they are submitted.
What products may be shipped?
Wine Only, 375ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1L, 1.5L bottles can be shipped.
How do we prevent damage associated with hot or cold weather?
Please be advised we do not ship if the local temperature is 80° or above or 20° or below. Go to www.weather.com to determine if your area is safe to ship. Please advise us if you would like us to hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship.
Weather Damage
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Irondequoit Liquor is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
How do we verify your age?
All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their order.
Return & Refund Policy
If you receive bottles that are corked or flawed (undamaged), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order at 585-467-8420 or send an email here. We will exchange any corked or flawed (undamaged) products or provide a refund.
If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
